DeLaney & DeLaney LLC teamed up with Weisbrod Matteis & Copley to represent lead plaintiffs Jeff Burnett and Dr. Joe Camp in a class action jury trial in federal court in Indianapolis. At the end of a three-day trial, on June 18, 2025, the jury awarded our two clients exactly the amount of damages they requested in their breach of contract case against CNO Financial. The case will proceed to the next phase on behalf of our entire class of approximately 2,000 life insurance policyholders.
