DeLaney & DeLaney LLC represented Paul Davis, a former Facilities Supervisor at St. Vincent Women’s Hospital. Mr. Davis brought claims for disability and age discrimination, and violation of the FLSA for failure to pay overtime. Mr. David alleged that that MedXcel demoted and terminated him because of his age and disability, and improperly classified him as an exempt employee under the FLSA.
