We plan to add another associate attorney to work alongside our two partners, three associates, two paralegals, a legal assistant, an office administrator, and law clerks. Position Summary

Ideal candidates will hold an Indiana law license and have one to three years of litigation experience. We are looking for candidates who are interested in working at a very high level on all aspects of litigation, arbitration and appeals.

Our new associate attorney will handle depositions, written discovery, motion practice, hearings and trials. Other duties will include drafting pleadings and briefs, covering court hearings, and maintaining communication with clients, witnesses, and experts. As a small firm,  all of our lawyers must be  nimble, flexible and client-facing.

Position Requirements

  • Law degree from an accredited, well-regarded U.S. law school;
  • Excellent academic record in college and law school;
  • Admission to and in good standing with the State Bar of Indiana;
  • 1-3 years of litigation experience;
  • Excellent time management, negotiation, and communication skills;
  • Superior analytical and drafting skills;
  • Moot Court or Law Journal experience preferred;
  • Demonstrated legal research, writing, and analytical skills;
  • Motivated self-starter; and
  • Commitment to client and firm success.

Pay will be commensurate with experience and credentials.
