Ryan Shouse graduated from Indiana University in 2016 with a B.S. in Public Financial Management. While attending IU-Bloomington, Ryan worked in the tax and accounting industry. Ryan is a graduate with honors and distinction from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. During law school, Ryan won the Staton Intramural Moot Court competition. The next year, Ryan served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Society. He also served as Articles Editor on the Indiana Law Review.

In 2018, Ryan was published in the Tax Notes Journal, co-writing an article focused on the implications of the mortgage interest deduction in light of recent tax reform. Ryan is from Rushville, Indiana and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
