DeLaney & DeLaney LLC has been welcomed as a Law Firm Member of the National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF). NAMWOLF is a national organization devoted to promoting true diversity in the legal profession by fostering the development of long-lasting relationships between preeminent minority and women-owned law firms and public/private entities.
NAMWOLF is a nonprofit trade association comprised of a select group of minority and women-owned law firms throughout the United States who exhibit excellence in the legal profession. NAMWOLF's Law Firm Membership is comprised of AV-rated law firms across the nation who represent major corporate clients. November 2010 Announcements
Congratulations to partner Ed DeLaney on his reelection to represent Indiana House of Representatives District 86. Ed would like to thank everyone for their support during the campaign. While serving as a member of the state legislature, Ed will continue to practice law full-time at DeLaney & DeLaney LLC.

Congratulations to Ann DeLaney for being honored with the Judge David Shaheed Access to Justice Award from the Muslim Alliance of Indiana on October 28, 2010 for her work at The Julian Center.
September 2010 Announcements
On September 9, 2010, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana granted final approval to a class action settlement in In re Guidant ERISA Litigation, resulting in a $7 million settlement for the benefit of more than 14,000 class members who were represented by DeLaney & DeLaney LLC and their co-counsel.
August 2010 Announcements
Ed DeLaney and Kathleen DeLaney were both selected by their peers for inclusion in the 2010 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Ed has been selected for his specialty in Commercial Litigation and Kathleen has been selected in the specialties of Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment Law.
July 2010 Announcements
Amanda Couture was appointed by U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana, to serve on the Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Committee.
June 2010 Announcements
DeLaney & DeLaney LLC has been recertified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council as a Women's Business Enterprise for 2010. DeLaney & DeLaney LLC is also certified by the State of Indiana and the City of Indianapolis as a Women's Business Enterprise.
April 2010 Annoucements
On April 29, 2010, several media outlets, including the Indianapolis Business Journal and the Indianapolis Star, featured one of the firm's cases, Guyett v. Indiana Newspapers, Inc. The case is currently pending in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
March 2010 Announcements
On March 22, 2010, Employment Law360 featured one of the firm's cases, In re Guidant ERISA Litigation, which is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. DeLaney & DeLaney LLC serves as Interim Liaison Counsel for Plaintiffs in the case.
February 2010 Announcements
Congratulations to Amanda Couture, who celebrates her third anniversary as an associate at DeLaney & DeLaney this month.
DeLaney & DeLaney successfully represented a former state employee at an appellate hearing before the Indiana State Ethics Commission in January, resulting in a unanimous finding in the client's favor.
January 2010 Announcements
Congratulations to Ann, Kathleen, and Ed DeLaney for being selected as Indiana Super Lawyers for 2010, and Christopher Stake for being selected as a Indiana Rising Star for 2010 by Indiana Super Lawyers. Kathleen was also selected as a Top 25 Women Indiana Super Lawyer 2010, and a Top 50 Indiana Super Lawyer 2010.
December 2009 Announcements
Amanda Couture first-chaired a bench trial in the United States District Court of the Southern District of Indiana on a pro bono basis in a civil rights matter.
Ed DeLaney would like to thank all of his well wishers for their words of encouragement, acts of kindness, and outpouring of prayers. He is recovering nicely and is back to work.
