August 2009 Announcements
Kathleen DeLaney & Amanda Couture completed a jury trial which lasted four days in Marion Circuit Court this month. The case involved breach of warranty and other claims arising from a business relationship.
Ann DeLaney and Craig Blanchet secured a preliminary injunction in Lake County Superior Court on behalf of firm client, Aeromet Industries, Inc. Ann and Craig continued their representation fo Aeromet at arbitration held on August 17, 2009.
July 2009 Announcements
Ed and Kathleen DeLaney began a federal jury trial in Indianapolis on July 20. The case, which involved a commercial contract dispute, was resolved on the eighth day of trial.
June 2009 Announcements
On May 28, 2009, Ed DeLaney presented an Oral Argument in front of the Supreme Court of Indiana in the case Kevin D. Burke v. Duke Bennett. To watch the Oral Argument, please visit the following link.

Amanda Couture filed an amicus brief in the Indiana Supreme Court on behalf of multiple interested parties in the matter of Foundations of East Chicago, Inc. v. City of East Chicago.

May 2009 Announcements
Amanda Couture first-chaired a bench trial with Ed DeLaney this month. The case was a contract dispute between two companies in Putnam County.
Kathleen DeLaney issued her first public arbitrator award for FINRA Dispute Resolution Board of Arbitrators. Also, Kathleen is speaking at the 58th Annual Meeting of the Seventh Circuit Bar Association and Judicial Conference of the Seventh Circuit on a panel regarding The Slippery Application of Daubert to Non-Scientific Evidence.
April 2009 Announcements
DeLaney & DeLaney LLC has been recertified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council as a Women's Busniess Enterprise for 2009. DeLaney & DeLaney LLC is also certified by the State of Indiana and the City of Indianapolis as a Women's Business Enterprise.
March 2009 Announcements
Congratulations to Kathleen DeLaney on her selection by Law & Politics as a Top 50 Indiana Super Lawyer and a Top 25 Women Indiana Super Lawyer for 2009. This is Kathleen's first year to achieve a ranking in the Top 50 Super Lawyers statewide. According to the published selection criteria, this means that Kathleen received one of the top 50 point totals in the 2009 Indiana Super Lawyers nomination, research, and blue ribbon review process.
February 2009 Announcements
Craig Blanchet and Kathleen DeLaney successfully completed a three-day jury trial in the Hamilton County Circuit Court, representing firm client Aviation Core Matrix, LLC in a breach of contract case. Associate Craig Blanchet handled the trial as the first chair attorney.
On February 20, 2009, Kathleen DeLaney participated on the faculty of a half-day Continuing Legal Education Seminar addressing Psychological Testing in Family, Employment, Personal Injury, and Criminal Law.
