Emily Herx Case: Filed a Federal Employment Discrimination Case

After obtaining a favorable determination from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, DeLaney & DeLaney recently filed a federal employment discrimination case on behalf of Emily Herx, a teacher from Ft.
