On Friday, June 15, 2018, Kathleen DeLaney, alongside co-counsel Jerry Garau and Barb Germano, obtained a jury verdict in favor of their clients, Courtney and Brian Webster, amounting to $15 million. The United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana jury found CDI Indiana LLC responsible for a radiologist’s negligence in failing to identify and report a cancerous tumor on a CT scan, causing substantial harm to the Webster’s.
