July 2008 Announcements
The United States Supreme Court recently cited to a case involving a DeLaney & DeLaney firm client. In 2007, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Judicial Circuit ruled in favor of our client in reversing a District Court decision which had granted defendant Guidant Corporation's motion to dismiss on standing grounds. The Seventh Circuit reversed and remanded the case where it remains pending currently. On February 20, 2008, in a majority opinion authored by Justice John Paul Stevens, the U.S. Supreme Court cited with favor Harzewski v. Guidant Corp., 489 F.3d 799 (7th Cir. 2007). See James LaRue v. On October 8, 2007, DeLaney & DeLaney LLC will be moving one building to the north to accommodate our recent growth. Our new address will be 3646 North Washington Boulevard, Indianapolis, IN 46205. Our new building has been under construction since early this year and has been fully upgraded. Our telephone numbers and electronic mail addresses will remain the same.
