About the Firm

Ann DeLaney and Kathleen DeLaney began their litigation practice in Indianapolis in January of 2002, forming DeLaney & DeLaney LLC. It is one of the first mother-daughter law firms in the city. Since the firm opened in January 2002, DeLaney & DeLaney LLC has been certified by the National Association of Miniority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF), the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the City of Indianapolis and the State of Indiana as a Women's Business Enterprise, growing to a group of five attorneys.  DeLaney & DeLaney is also an AV rated law firm by Martindale-Hubbell.
