Ann DeLaney and Kathleen DeLaney began their litigation practice in Indianapolis in January of 2002, forming DeLaney & DeLaney LLC. It is one of the first mother-daughter law firms in the city. Since the firm opened in January 2002, DeLaney & DeLaney LLC has been certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the City of Indianapolis and the State of Indiana as a Women Business Enterprise, growing to a group of six attorneys.

DeLaney & DeLaney provides services to a wide variety of clients in nearly all types of civil litigation. Together the firm’s lawyers have more than 60 years of trial experience. This includes nearly two years of actual time in front of juries.
